Scope
Declarations, definitions and clarifying statements make up the scope of a successful UX-centered project. In this layer, we define what features will be included and excluded. In defining excluded features, we decide that maybe “x” feature will not make the first released but is on the radar for a future release.
Managing the scope is something that should not be taken lightly. Scope creep pushes back timelines and often throws the budget off course.
